Visto que não mantemos lista de membros, nem buscamos o mero crescimento numérico, mas, em vez disso, o crescimento em Cristo, essa é uma pergunta difícil de ser respondida em termos mundiais.
Porém, segundo informações obtidas de membros do Movimento, um número conservador estaria por volta de mais de 10.000 membros. Um número mais otimista, fornecido por uma irmã antiga na verdade, afirma que seria por volta de 50.000. Esses números fundamentam-se nos seguintes fatos:
Todos os anos, são feitas dezenas de convenções em vários países. Apenas na Convenção Geral realizada em Johnstown, na Pensilvânia, tivemos 450 pessoas na assistência. (É importante dizer que essa convenção “geral” é promovida por apenas um dos grupos existentes, o Dawn Bible Students. Há diversos outros grupos nos EUA, que realizam suas convenções. Há convenções feitas praticamente durante o ano inteiro, só nos EUA.) Duas semanas depois, foi realizada uma Convenção na Polônia, com 1.301 presentes.
Há diversos grupos de Estudantes da Bíblia, e cada grupo patrocina convenções. Podemos citar, entre eles, o PBI, o Chicago Bible, o Dawn Bible Students, os Free Bible Students, os Cristãos Estudantes da Bíblia, o Christian Bible Students Melbourne, os diversos grupos de Estudantes da Bíblia na África, e os diversos grupos de Estudantes da Bíblia na Europa.

E no Brasil? Quantos Estudantes da Bíblia existem?
A obra dos Estudantes da Bíblia não é recente. É resultado do esforço de diversos irmãos e irmãs, como podem ver no neste vídeo.
Nosso ministério, atualmente chamado de Estudantes da Bíblia Associados, teve seu início no Rio de Janeiro em 2015, quando começamos a nos reunir pela internet. Graças a essa tecnologia, podemos cobrir todo o território nacional e além.
Em outubro de 2016 realizamos uma Convenção em São Paulo, capital, com a presença de irmãos dos Estados Unidos, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo e Manaus. Em outubro de 2017 realizamos uma Convenção no Rio de Janeiro, com esses mesmos irmãos e outros. Tivemos também convenções em Curitiba, São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro em 2018, e no Rio de Janeiro em 2019.
Devido à pandemia do coronavírus, nossas convenções serão por videoconferência.
Incentivamos que haja reuniões presenciais sempre que possível, e já tivemos diversas dessas reuniões no Rio de Janeiro (no momento suspensas).
